Supremum Classes Terms and Condition

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days of approval.
  • No refund requests will be entertained after the 15-day period.

2. Course Enrollment

  • Admission to any course is subject to availability and eligibility criteria.
  • Supremum Classes reserves the right to deny admission or cancel enrollment if any information provided by the student is found to be false or misleading.

3. Scholarships and Discounts

  • Supremum Classes may provide scholarships or discounts at its sole discretion.
  • The selection of students for scholarships and discounts is based on internal criteria and decision-making.
  • No claims or disputes will be entertained regarding the selection process or outcome.

4. Due Fee Policy

  • If any part of the course fee remains unpaid, Supremum Classes allows a grace period of 1 month from the due date to clear the dues.
  • If the fee is not paid within this time, the student’s admission may be cancelled without further notice.

5. Usage of Study Materials

  • All course materials, including notes, video lectures, and practice tests, are the intellectual property of Supremum Classes.
  • These materials are provided for personal use only and must not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

6. Code of Conduct

  • Students are expected to maintain discipline and respect in all online/offline classes and interactions.
  • Any form of misconduct, abuse, or cheating may lead to suspension or permanent termination of access to our services.

7. Changes to Courses and Schedule

  • Supremum Classes reserves the right to make changes to the course structure, schedule, instructors, or content as deemed necessary for improvement.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Supremum Classes will not be held responsible for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of the use or inability to use our services.
